GOALS
• Branding across the United States as a unit moving together in unity.
• FCCEF will evaluate the foundation structure to enhance communication, efficiency, and collaboration with HBFCC providers.
• Increase engagement at the national level.
• Grow membership numbers to stand together in unity.
• Tell the real stories of how we got here, where we are going, and share personal experiences.
• Enhance communication and collaboration with HBFCC providers.
• Diversify funding sources for HBFCC providers and programs to ensure the sustainability of the foundation.
• Equip HBFCC providers with the necessary equipment and technology to operate as a high-quality foundation.
• Build capacity and support workforce development to promote equitable and affordable
access to high-quality early care education for all HBFCC providers.
• Develop a National and Sustainable Volunteer Registry List to support HBFCC relief.
• Create a National Advocacy List to increase support for HBFCC providers in advocating for wages, healthcare, and policy improvements.
• Improve the quality of technical assistance and training for HBFCC providers.
• Enhance foundation sustainability through diversified funding sources and execute a comprehensive development plan to help HBFCC providers sustain their livelihood and businesses.
• Strengthen internal culture and philanthropy by developing a resource service manual for HBFCC providers.
